Admission requirements
Admissions for English Preparatory Course
For the English Preparatory Course requires the following English level in order to attend our intensive English Language cours.
1. TOEFL: minimum score of 400 points for the paper based test, 97 points for the computer based test and 32 on the internet-based course. Cambridge: need to have the Preliminary English Test (PET)
2. I.E.L.T.S minimum level 4.
The English Preparatory Course prgram prepares students to upgrade thier English and familiarize with undergraduate or post graduate courses terminology. This English course will cover English Grammar, Comprehension, Listening and Dictation, as well Conversation. It will also cover hospitality terminology including French culinary terms, basic mathematics, and an introduction to IT Office applications.
The program will be intensive and cover a minimum of 5 periods of English per day, including individual tutorials.
Diploma in Hotel Operations Management or Culinary Art or Pastry, Bakery and Chocolatery
Associate Degree in Hotel Management
Higher Diploma in Hotel Management

An official copy of your High School Diploma or equivalent. Students must have completed at least six (6) years of secondary education and provide evidence of it. Complete information of the school, including school transcript and/or certificate of public examination (including an explanatory note of the grading system) should be provided.

If English is not your mother tongue or if you have not studied in an English speaking school for at least 3 years, please enclose one of the following:
- TOEFL: Minimum score of 500 points for the paper based test, 173 points for the computer based test and 61 on the internet-based test.
- Cambridge First Certificate: grade C
- I.E.L.T.S Students must apply to take the Academic Module examination and obtain a minimum overall band of 5.0

If you do not meet the above English requirements, you have the possibility of registering on our English Preparatory Course to acquire the entry level for English.

BA (Hons) Strategic Hospitality Management
BBA in Hotel Management
BBA in Hospitality and Tourisme Management
At the end of year 2 of the Higher Diploma of Hotel Management or year 3 of the Associate Degree in Hotel Management course all students will as part of their English studies take the I.E.L.T.S English level 6 test and those passing the test will be eligible to enter the BA (Hons) Strategic Hospitality Management degree course.
Post Graduate Students wishing to enter the MBA course will need I.E.L.T.S English level 6 to participate.
Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Operations
Post Graduate Certificate in Hotel Operations Management
Post Graduate Higher Diploma in Hotel Operations & Management

BA Degree in another discipline or 4-6 years of professional experience in a middle management position in a hospitality operation

If English is not your mother tongue or if you have not studied in an English speaking University for at least 3 years, please enclose one of the following:
