To establish a 21^st Century Hotel Management College that is driven by Professional Hoteliers to propel hospitality education for future generations.

Mission Statement:

SHML will teach and combine, within a real hospitality environment, the traditional fundamentals of Swiss operations with state of the art hospitality know-how for international management, exposing all students—during their studies and after graduating—to direct exposure with professional hoteliers, for a genuine and qualified interaction for success. The professional future of each and every student represents the core of the mission for SHML’s managing proprietors, faculty and staff.

SHML fundamental assets:

The Board of Advisors is composed of very prominent hoteliers;

I. The Owners are Swiss and act as Managing Proprietors

II. The College property is Swiss owned;

III. The Students are studying in a fully operational hotel;

IV. Its mission implies owners’ direct interaction with students.

The reasons for a new Swiss Hotel Management School are its beliefs:

II. In “there is always room for new entrants” when vision and values are right;

III. In a new demand looking for core and relevant education;

SHML Prime Purpose

To succeed developing students’ knowledge, skills and the professional confidence that is required to demonstrate competence within Hospitality Operations, and to compete from there on for a timely career progression toward international hotel management.
