(Sic) BBA in Hotel Management & (SHML) Higher Diploma in International Hotel Management

Program designed for students who have completed the first three years at SIC University (Thailand) followed by 1 semester at SHML (Switzerland) and 1 internship in Switzerland or abroad, for the achievement of a BBA from SIC and a Higher Diploma from SHML. The last semester at SHML, followed by one internship, are to top-up the program offered in Thailand with a typically Swiss operational/managerial experience within the Food and Beverage environments. This cross-cultural experience is to assure high marks for students ‘successful entry and integration within the international hospitality industry

Internships:1 (5 to 7 months)
Age: 18 and above
Qualification: Year 1, 2, 3 at S.I.C.
English level: IELTS 5, TOEFL 50

Progression and Accreditation: BA (SIC) and Higher Diploma (SHML) qualify graduates to progress toward the Master Degree in Hospitality Management, at Sripatum University (Thailand) or at the University of Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, UK.

SHML Academic Semester 4:

Food Service Operations: F&B outlets service, Banqueting Operations, Wine and Bar, Food Production Theory and Practice, Stewarding, F&B Human Resources, F&B Sales and Marketing, F&B Cost Control; Housekeeping Operation, Business English, Basic German, Basic French, Computer Office applications.

Internship Semester 5:

This single internship is for the duration of five to seven months. It is planned to suit individual needs, commonly within F&B service operations (restaurants, bars, fast food, banqueting operations).

SHML Semester 4 Fees: 20 000 CHF
