This fully integrated program adds to SHML Higher Diploma an International Bachelor in Business Administration. The cross-cultural experience is to assure high marks for students’ successful entry and integration within the international hospitality industry.

Progression and Accreditation: BBA (DPUIC) and Higher Diploma (SHML) qualifies graduates to progress toward the Master Degree in Hospitality Management, at the University of Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, UK
Food Service Operations: F&B outlets service, Banqueting Operations, Wine and Bar, Food Production Theory and Practice, Stewarding, F&B Human Resources, F&B Sales and Marketing, F&B Control, Housekeeping Operation, Business English, Basic German OR French, Computer Office applications.
This first internship (five to seven months) is planned to suit individual needs, commonly within F&B service operations (restaurants, bars, fast food, banqueting operations).
Management of: F&B, Banqueting, Rooms Division, Sales and Marketing, Supervision, Human Resources, Managerial Accounting, Engineering/Maintenance/Energy, Research Methods, Hospitality Business Enterprise (Capstone), Hotel Business English, German OR French, Information technology.
This second internship (five to seven months) is planned to take place within the Rooms Division environment, including Housekeeping and Front Office front-ofthe-house operations.

Semester 1 Fees – CHF 29’725.-
